CMX Workforce Development Initiatives

Since our founding the CMAA Southern California Chapter Foundation has been laser focused on building the next generation of leaders.

• Since 2011 we have offered students in Architecture, Engineering and Construction programs in our region scholarships ranging from $1,250 to $7,500, and in 2016 added corporate sponsored named scholarships;
• in 2013 we established summer internships for CMAA student members in partnership with public agencies and our many corporate sponsors; 
• in 2024 we created an emerging leaders’ program for young professionals; and
• in 2025 we will unveil an early practitioner experience for recent graduates.
