Premier Southern California Emerging Leaders Program

The CMAA Southern California Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is in its third year and is proud to boast a very successful first year in 2024/2025! Now is your opportunity to embark on a dynamic, immersive journey.  Our program is open to pioneering graduates and ambitious young professionals in construction management, engineering, and architecture.

This is a ten-month program, composed of eight transformative 3-hour mid-day sessions.  The ELP focuses on individualized coaching aimed at honing your presentation skills, empowering you with insider insights from seasoned professionals during panel presentations, and providing expert guidance to create a unique, strategic career management plan.

Participants will be equipped with valuable skills including, but not limited to, effective interview preparation, targeted career path guidance, and the inherent qualities of a successful construction manager. We're not just fostering the next generation of leaders - we're revolutionizing the industry one professional at a time.
